You may not use WhisprGeo to send spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the voice notes and other content you create in WhisprGeo. By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited, non‑exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

4. Location and Safety

Many WhisprGeo features rely on your location to work correctly. You agree to use location-based features in a safe and legal way and not to place content that encourages unsafe behavior at real‑world locations.
